CVS commit by pfeiffer: 

- display hand-cursor always, when image is larger than view
  (patch based on patch by M.Turino@gmx.de -- also considers
   zooming and resizing now)

- removed superfluous caching of width() and height()
- removed now obsolete (and not used anymore) hack around buggy 
  Qt/kwin fullscreening)
