Cleanup the code dupe between Keramik::PixmapLoader::scale and \
Keramik::PixmapLoader::pixmap.  Along the way squish a buglet in how the latter keyed \
the cache entries, which thankfully showed up only rarely. (mainly when switching \
colorschemes in a very particular way) [arghhh, I hate implicit conversions].  Also \
put in a minor cleanup to how cache LRU updating works, which is also a bit of an \
optimizelet, but not one that's above the noise level.
