CVS commit by pfeiffer: 

- clean up more KURL <-> QString stuff
- factor some stuff out into separate methods
- don't leak filedialogs
- don't ask for every filename dropped, ask for the directory
- fix warnings
- mark virtual methods as such
- add explicit dcop interface, to be used by the plugin, instead of
  using the Qt bridge

There's plenty of things left to fix and clean up...
