support fullscreen windows with --fullscreen. This allows for
  kstart --fullscreen xclock 
rather then
  kstart --window xclock --type Override "xclock -geometry <scr_width>x<scr_height>"

Users were rightly confused about the reserved space for a non-existing 
window decoration when the --window argument is omitted.
