Adding a new generic way to style custom toolbar widgets.

Before you had to derive a custom toolbar widget from QToolButton
so that the background was styled with the correct gradient. Now
all you have to do is widget->setName("kde toolbar widget"); and
the style's eventFilter will take care of drawing the background
correctly.
