Log Message:
- Add two primitive elements that cater for QListViews...
  KPE_ListViewBranch and KPE_ListViewExpander.
  Many thanks to TrollTech AS for donating CC_ListView code
  for this purpose.

- Reduce dependency on QWindowsStyle (tackat, I just need a few images
  to remove it completely :-)

- Add a QPopupMenu* parameter to renderMenuBlendPixmap() to keep our
  KDE style writers happy.

- Modify highcolor to reflect KStyle changes.
