Reminder: one can sue for seeing use of a trademark'ed name on a website.
This has nothing to do with the application, and whether it's released or not.
The simple fact of having the word "Krayon" on www.koffice.org can result in a 
lawsuit (at least in an injunction). Why risk it ?
