Is this the attitude of KDE for possible charges agains a possible trademark
infringement claim?

I can tell you that EVERY name will be used by someone on this planet. And as
long as layers exist that will make money for suing a party for name
infringement this will go on.

The reason the distro has been sued is because they can't find a person
(in germany) responsible for the software.

Basically I despice this 'running away' attitude KDE is profiling itself with
with these answers; this way we will never be able to get a name since we will
always keep renaming packages.

If we rename it now; then we will say that we are the people responsible for
the name a package has; I say that there is no person or group that owns the
name. As long as nobody is the claimer of the name or the software then no
demands can be made.

I don't feel I am capable or allowed to rename the package since I am not
(nor is anyone here) is the claiment or owner of the software.

The only thing worse than failure is the fear of trying something new
