I don't think anyone will install an errata that comes with a "this 
upgrade removes functionality and doesn't do you any good" label. ;)

That's why I've mentioned it and asked for an official name change - but I 
think they'll understand we have to act fast on this one (we don't want to 
be sued), and depending on how long it takes, can't wait for an official 
decision.
