Log Message:
Various job management changes:
 - fix for numerical sorting
 - fix for active/completed jobs being shown (now a property
    of the window, and not a global property of the manager)
 - possibility for a plugin to show additional properties of a
    job (applied for priority in CUPS plugin: to be finished)
 - re-engineered how plugin actions are handled internally
    for more consistency and ease of implementation
