OS/Compiler notes: 

When set the same name of application and service in Kcontrol-> File Browsing -> File \
assotiations, then it was duplicating name of application when right-click on file \
hame.

For ex., Kword. Settings for mime type x-kword was:
"General" - Application priority subwindow: Kword
Assotiations - Service priority subwindow - Kword

On right-click on kword file in popuped menu I see:
-------------------------
View in Kword (it's normally)
Open with ... 
---------------------
- and in this submenu I see Kword twice

The same behavior is for kghostview and the other applications that can show file in \
konqueror's window or open it in separate window
