I think the functionality of prozilla (fm:prozilla) would be great in kio-ftp and \
kio-http.

Prozilla dowloads files in pieces using resumes.  It also searchs for fast mirrors, \
and has the ability of pausing downloads.

This would eliminate the need for so-called 'download managers'.
