Bug ID: 338067
Summary: Copying text in any file dialogue freezes the dialogue
and cannot exit to main Krita window
Product: krita
Version: 2.9 Pre-Alpha
Platform: Compiled Sources
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: File formats
Assignee: krita-bugs-null@kde.org
Reporter: tysontan@mail.com
When I copy the any text in a file dialogue, including open, save and export,
the dialogue freezes and I cannot exit to Krita's main window. I'm using
Gnome-flashback 3.8 desktop environment. A similar bug happened before and had
been solved once, but it returned recently sometime after the KDE file dialogue
was replaced by the native one.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Krita document
2. Save
3. Input any text in the file name section and copy it
4. Dialogue freezes.
You can reproduce this in an open file dialogue by:
1. Menu > File > Open
2. Ctrl+L to show location bar
3. Input any text in the location bar and copy it
4. The file dialogue freezes
Actual Results:
Krita's file dialogue freezes the moment when I copy any text in it.
Expected Results:
krita's file dialogue does not freeze when I copy text in it.
