Digikam also uses the kipi-plugins. And there it is possible to deselect non
needed actions. Maybe ksnapshot can use the digikam configuration for the
kipi-plugins? Either the code for not having to reinvent the wheel or maybe the
configuration itself, then the user only needs to deselect the unwanted plugins
once.
