            Bug ID: 331235
Summary: highlighter does not recognize text columns
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: okular
           Version: 0.17.5
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: okular-devel@kde.org
          Reporter: sergio.nemirovsky@gmail.com

Highlighter highlights all the line instead of breaking at column width and
continuing on next column when pdf is organized in 2 columns.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open pdf formated with text in 2 columns (like a scientific paper)
2.use highlighter to highlight text (more than one line)

Actual Results:
Highlighter highlights text from both columns instead of selecting text from
the columns of interest.

Expected Results:
highlighter should have selected text from only one column.

in some documents there are some pages where the hilghlighter behaved as
expected and others where it doesn't
