Kdesvn bug reports (either generated by KDE crash handler or by selecting
Help->Report Bug) are sent to email kdesvn-bugs@alwins-world... instead of
being reported to this bug tracking system (bugs.kde.org). The email
auto-replies that it is no longer accepts reports.

Please, update the reports target.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Invoke the bug reporting sequence (either by crashing kdesvn or by selecting
Help->Report Bug).

Actual Results:  
The bug is being reported to the kdesvn-bugs@alwins-world... email.

Expected Results:  
The bug should be sent to bugs.kde.org.

I'm on Kubuntu 13.10, x86_64.
