Both libgphoto2 and KDE4 / kamera are too old in openSUSE 11.4 for this.

150 is:
    ERR_SERVICE_NOT_AVAILABLE = KJob::UserDefinedError + 50,

which is failure to open the device. This is probably due to not having correct
permissions.

you can try installing a updated libgphoto2 from:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/GPhoto/openSUSE_11.4/

however the kioslave kamera is also not very much up to it yet, a current KDE
release would be better.
