I just renamed ~/.kde/share/apps/rekonq so that rekonq starts with a fresh
session. Results: 1. The unnamed toolbar now has a name. 2. When I hide the
toolbar, it stays hidden.

So there seem to be some old settings that "confuse" rekonq.
