Answer to my previous questions:
1. OpenGL part of log due to: "Configure deskto effects" -> "Enable desktop
effects at startup" option. Compositing?
2. Show Point only works with "Configure deskto effects" -> "Advanced" -> Qt
Graphics System: "Native"

I deleted system monitor with 1 sec updates and showing seconds in time applet.
Will wait several days of using and see CPU load.
