I can reproduce the crash with Calligra 2.3.92 on KDE 4.8.2 and KDE 4.8.1
When clicking 'Use Template' with Blank Document selected, Flow immediately
crashes.

I can't offer a backtrace though since my distro (Chakra) doesn't offer debug
packages.
