I would like to take this up to discussion. Because these are actually 2
somehow different searches. The first brings you to the full search site, with
many options to narrow down your search.
The box in the second header is actually a quick search, type something in, get
the results. For the ones too lazy to fill out search.php ;)
And this is a rather convenient way for most sites on the web.
