Summary: timeout for background parser is not reset
           Product: kdevelop
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Compiled Sources
        OS/Version: unspecified
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdevelop-bugs@kdevelop.org
        ReportedBy: trigger@space-based.de

Version: (using KDE 4.2.96)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources

As discovered in bug 200167, the timeout of the background parser is not
properly reset. When you are typing the timeout shoud be reset with every
keystroke. It seems as if right now the first keystroke triggers the timer and
after 500ms background parsing kicks in, even if the user is still typing.
