The Show/Hide Grid menu entry on View menu does not track with current grid
visibility.  To duplicate this problem.

1.  Start with Grid not visible and View | Show Grid in the View menu.
2.  Click Edit the Grid.
3.  Click Edit the Perspective Grid.
4.  Click Edit the Grid.
5.  Grid is now visible on screen, but View menu still says "Show Grid". 
Clicking Show Grid hides the grid and clicking Hide Grid shows the grid.
6.  Click Show Grid to hide the grid, then repeat Steps 2 through 4 to resync
menu with grid visibility.
