Summary: Seeking to beginning of song causes Amarok to hang
           Product: amarok
           Version: 1.4.8
          Platform: SuSE RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: amarok-bugs-dist kde org
        ReportedBy: ollie.jl gmail com

Version: 1.4.8 (using KDE 3.5.7)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

Normally, using keyboard shortcuts to seek within a song will navigate forwards or \
backwards by ten seconds. However, if less than ten seconds have elapsed in the \
currently playing song and I attempt to seek backwards, Amarok hangs (becomes \
unresponsive, with no sound) for three to five seconds before it resumes playback \
from the start of the song.

I am using the Xine engine, if that makes any difference.
