when i try webbanking in konqueror
https://TKONLINE1.KBC.BE/cgi-bin/isadll.dll/nl/REQLOGON

i tought it had somethign to do with java security, but when i disable the security \
manager, i get the same exception. i have no idea how to debug this further, or how \
to obtain more information.
