OS/Compiler notes: 

If you have the mouse pointer over the url in the address bar of konqueror and you \
scroll via mouse wheel, konqueror immediately jumps to another page.

This jump is totally uncontrolled. It is not obvious where you will go AND most \
annoying, you can't go back in history to the original page.
