That's what I see in my log file on the fax server

Oct 17 19:33:46.25: [32141]: SEND FAX (00000099):
FROM Ferdinand Gassauer@linuxfg3.fg.priv TO 53178 1059 (page 1 of 3 sent in
0:25)

linuxfg3.fg.priv is my box at home where I had to install hylafax to allow
your interface to use hylafax. (I think it is disabled if hylafax is not
installed localy).
may be a remote call could help?
If necessary I can check more this evening.
