Description:
 KTabEdit aims to develop a free, full-featured
guitarist helper program, focusing on tabulature
editing and MIDI synthesizers support.

I've add an gp3, gp4 importer and i rewrite the
internal classes ...

Changelog:
 Correct a problem with autoconf/automake and add
an initial support for the midi playing :D (no
effects support and tempo support for the moment)
