Description:
 kdissert is a mindmapping tool dedicated to the
creation of complex documents: dissertations,
thesis, presentations and reports.
It features several document generators: latex
reports, latex slides (based on Prosper and
Beamer), OpenOffice.org writer and impress, html
and plain text.

Quick commands for installing kdissert:
./runme.sh
make
make install (as root)

If the previous commands did not work, you might
want to take these ones instead:
tar xjvf admin/scons-mini.tar.bz2
./scons
./scons install (as root)

If your kde and qt includes are installed in fancy
locations, you *might* have to configure the
compilation:
scons configure qtincludes=/qt/includes/path
kdeincludes=/kde/includes/path
prefix=/tmp

If on amd64, use:
scons configure libsuffix=64
scons
scons install

To use checkinstall (to make rpms, debs, ..), you
will need the following command : checkinstall
--fstrans=no --nodoc scons install
