I hate the file system standard.  Every couple of years it changes and nobody
ever remember where things are supposed to go now.  My favorite piece of
rubbish is /var/etc or something but maybe thats just on HP.  I thought KDE does
exactly the right thing.  If it isn't in /usr/local/kde (or /opt/kde) then it
doesn't matter :).
