Make the icon masked.  Transparent GIFs, for example.  It should be
easy to write a program to hack that up:

	For each file name on the command line:
		QImage::load it.
		use QImage::createHeuristicMask() to set the alpha channel
		QIamge::save it in a format that supports masking (gif/xpm)

Then tweak the resulting gif/xpm files by hand.
