Seeing that according to lxr.kde.org, VolumeFaderEffect is used only by Amarok
and kalarm, and in Amarok the most important(?) usecase for this is ReplayGain
in songs, I wonder if it would make sense to add some a completely separate
GainEffect type to Phonon, as libvlc seems to have a direct functionality for
such
