Bug ID: 328114
Summary: Albums without an album artist are not displayed when
the filter is -albumartist:"xx"
Classification: Unclassified
Product: amarok
Version: 2.8.0
Platform: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: Collection Browser
Assignee: amarok-bugs-dist@kde.org
Reporter: robert@capuchin.co.uk
If I set a negative filter on an album artist (eg -albumartist:"Radu Lupu")
then I would expect the local collection to display all albums which don't have
that artist set as an album artist (or a substring of the album artist). It
appears to display all albums where the album artist is non-null and the artist
differs.
(I'm using a 'sort' of 1 Album=> 2 Track Artist=> 3 (Nothing) is case it is
relevant)
Is this a special case of https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=324825 ?
I don't see the same problem when (eg) Genre is empty and I filter on
-Genre:"xyz"
Reproducible: Always
