Our RS/6000 is connected to a fiber ring.  We use a Dec Alpha (controlled
and configured by another department) for E-mail.  I can send 'mail' from
the RS/6000 to the Dec Alpha but I cannot send 'mail' outside the campus
network.  Can anyone tell me what might be the problem.  I am trying to
set up "System Expert" on the RS/6000 and it must send 'mail' to IBM on a
regular basis.
