SIP v6.6.2 and PyQt-builder v1.13.0 have been released.

The emphasis of SIP v6.6.2 is bug-fixes to the new parser for non-PyQt 
projects (eg. wxPython, QGIS). It also exposes the 'sip.array' type and 
adds support for creating arrays of C++ class instances.

PyQt-builder drops support for versions of Qt older than v5.15 and 
Python v3.6. It defaults to using the latest ABI versions.
