Solved,
I've moved hellosip.lib from the project directory to python275\libs,
cleaned and build again and now hellosip.pyd works ok.
A couple of things which would be desirable though, having the generated
sip* in some kind of temporal folder without messing up with the main
project and not having to move anything to python275\libs folder
