yeah sure, let's go and make every single thing in kopete configurable:
- checkbox to allow me turning off the useless Send button
- checkbox to allow me turning off all rtf-capabilities in chatwindows (I 
don't need them)
- checkbox to turn of metacontact icons (who needs those?)
- checkbox to turn off the contactlist header (now wtf is that for?)
- option for if I want a flashing, an animated or a still systray icon
- per-contact option if I want conversations with that contact to go into a 
window of its own, regardless of the global setting (for ya special friendz 
*g*)
- per-metacontact setting to recolor certain contactlist entries ("but my 
girlfriend has to be pink!")
- also per-metacontact settings for fonts, order in the list and whatnot ("you 
know, goth freaks need a goth font")

You see, we can have plenty of useless options :P
The thing is to decide which ones are _really_ needed and which ones are just 
requested because the current behaviour is not perfect yet.
