Actual result in Konqueror 4.4.3

There is a green dotted border around the column group, on 3 sides only. It
seems that the border-right around the column group is not rendered.

Notes
-----
- Firefox 3.6.3, Chrome 5.0.375.55 and Internet Explorer 8 pass this test.
- Konqueror 4.4.3, Qt 4.6.2, Linux 2.6.31-19-generic i686 (32bits) and KDE
platform 4.4.3 here.
