Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.5.8)

With KDE 3.5.7 and before there were issues with not smooth scrolling (and slow). \
There is a report discussing this issue.

However, KDE 3.5.8 is worse here than 3.5.7 (so I set status to bug) -- Konqueror \
from KDE 3.5.7 could display http://nczas.com/publicystyka/nie-podnoscie-podatkow/
such page and scroll it. Slowly, but it worked. Currently Konqueror only jumps, \
semi-freezes (it takes a lot of time when switch from Konqueror and switch back) on \
such page. No matter if user scrolls using keyboard or scrollbars for example. \
