Why is this considered "resolved", this is still a problem.

If you mount a cdrom under /mnt/cdrom, use konqueror to view the contents, then you \
can't unmount the cdrom unitl you completely close konqueror.  This has been a \
problem with every version of KDE I have used (starting with 3).  Currenty I use \
3.3.2.
