Ive upgraded to 3.3. Unless I am mistaken this isnt fixed.

In the "Address Selection - kmail" window (the one you get when you press the "...." \
button), contacts with multiple email addresses are now listed multiple times, once \
per address, in the left panel titled "Address Book". If I select an address, it gets \
removed from the left panel and *something* gets added to the right panel.

However what gets added to the right hand panel is always the preferred email email \
address of the selected contact, rather than the email address I selected. I still \
cant see a way of choosing a non-preferred email address from the addressbook.


kde 3.3.0 also does not address the second aspect of my patch. The first column \
(titled "Name") of the tree view in this address chooser gui is always very wide, \
because it expands to include the wide items from the "Recent Addresses" section. \
That makes it difficult to see the second column (titled "Email Address"). That \
patched turned off column autosizing while populating the Recent Addresses section. \
Should I create a seperate bug report for this? \
