Idea's:

Identity page:
- - signature on a tab by itself, maybe below the top combo box and its 
edit buttons. Add
[x] common signature
Checkbox, too ;-)

Network tab:
- - outgoing and incoming on separate tabs

Security page:
- - Make the encryption tool decision a combobox.

Misc page:
- - add tabs for each group.

But I'm sure that we will have a hard time pushing the size of any given 
dialog in KDE below 640x480...
