OS/Compiler notes: 

Konqueror crashes with SIGSEGV on accessing/copying \
"http://www.jmarshall.com/easy/cgi/german/getcgi.pl.txt". kio_uiserver remains open \
until I terminate it with SIGTERM.  KDE 2.1.1 was compiled from sources on a SuSE 7.0 \
distribution, used QTLib is QT 2.3.0 which was also compiled from sources.
