Thanks for testing. Unfortunately native is much too slow on a local display
with all the highlighting that KDevelop does - at least according to our tests
so far. (There have been reports where people claim faster rendering with
native than with raster).

I'll re-test with current Qt4.6, if that works faster with native than Qt4.5,
we'll drop the raster-enablement for Qt4.6 and later. But with 4.5 its really
much too slow to be usable for most of us.
