Although the amount is small, usage can be found in README.
If you don't have the whole set of keasycd, you can retrieve it from:

ftp://ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/unstable/apps/multimedia/cdrom/keasycd-0.1.8.tar.gz

or from several mirror sites.

Since keasycd is a frontend of cdrecord, all CD-R drives supported by
cdrecord can be used.  Have a look the web page of cdrecord.
You can find the list of supported (also unsupported) CD-R drives.

Finally, the combination between keasycd-0.1.8 and cdrecord-1.8.1 does
not work due to some version incompatibility.  So you have to apply a
patch to keasycd.  The patch can be retrieved from:
