Hi.  I've only been using KDE for about a day now (after a day or so of
trying to install it), but anyway so far it seems pretty neat.

Question:
Is there a way to shorten the length of time that the panel & task bar
show up when I mouse over them?  I have them set to "auto hide", but
whenever I mouse over them they stay visible for 4 seconds.  This is
really annoying as I often try to move a window, accidentally mouse to
the top of the screens, the panel shows up and I have to wait 4 seconds
for it to go away before I can access what I'm trying to access.

If anyone knows how to change this, I'd love to hear!
