Hi Pascal,

I recently upgraded to KDE 2 Beta 5 and found the same thing, but I'm not 
entirely sure where the problem lies.

One way to get around the problem (at least until we sort it out) would be to 
configure kUML, and then modify the config.h file so that KDE2 is defined.  I 
do this so that I can work on the persistence layer, and it seems to work.
