Thanks, if I wasn't such a Mac user I'd apply the patches myself to kdoc :-)

This is a string that was escaped twice (once for the original char, and
then again in which pass the % from the first pass is escaped again). I
have fixed this and several other places with incorrect cross references,
as well as some other problems in kdoc. Regarding the xref things, I got
down the number of invalid xrefs in our (rather largish) project from
several hundred to zero, so this might be worth integrating into the
snapshots.

Maybe this is also the right time to ask whether Taj is still maintaining
kdoc2? It would certainly be nice if new patches could be integrated into
the next snapshot, but I haven't heard of ongoing development for a long
time. For anyone who's interested, I append my patches to 2.a36 to this
mail. In case of questions, please contact me.

Regards
  Wolfgang
