Hi,

This is the 33->34 change log. Please test.
Wolfgang: All your patches have been applied this time, I reviewed but
didn't fully test the parser changes. It works on all of kdelibs without
doing anything silly, so I'm depending on you folks to try it out on
more template-heavy code.

Log Message:
Added Iter::LocalCompound.
Lib description and some library statistics are saved in the .kdoc xref file.
	Not sure if these statistics are accurate yet.
Template parse fixes (Wolfgang B)
findRef aware of tempaltes (Wolfgang B)
Fixed HTML reference generation for compounds within external compounds.
Added node heritage-finding functions. 
		Why didn't I do this when I first started kdoc???
Docbook "kdoc-out.sgml" if no library name is specified. (Wolfgang B)
Removed doc generation queues in backends, use Iter::LocalCompound instead.
Added more desperate hostname- and username-finding fallback methods.
Use full node name in indexes.
Smarter HTML node reference generation.
