I open my huge messages file.

I select a huge part with shift cursors down (this works).

It does not work when the cursor is at the first place then I scroll down with the \
mouse and click after a huge part somewhere: Nothing is visible marked (but there is \
something selected).

When I press Delete in both cases, only part of the marked lines are deleted.

This is completely similar to KWrite, which has the same "problem".
